CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY

Upon purchase, the gallery includes a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist, Marie France Cournoyer. This document serves as a written guarantee that the work is an original. It is a vital document in the event of a resale or transfer of the artwork.

CURRICULUM VITAE AND PRESS KIT

These documents substantiate the artist's professional standing and reputation. They can be provided to you digitally upon request.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The seller guarantees to be the author of the work. Upon sale, the seller transfers the physical medium of the work to the buyer. However, the artist retains all moral and reproduction rights.

SHIPPING

For Quebec and Ontario, a flat shipping fee of $15 applies. For the rest of Canada and the United States, the fee is $30.

The gallery commits to preparing your order within 4 business days. Delivery times vary from 1 to 7 days for Quebec/Ontario and 4 to 9 days for the rest of Canada/USA. For international orders, I will contact you personally to evaluate shipping costs.

Please note that prices include applicable taxes in Quebec. Une galerie à soi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Your satisfaction is my priority. Should you wish to cancel your order for a reasonable motive, please contact the gallery within 48 hours of receipt. In the case of a damaged frame, contact me within 10 days with supporting photos for a replacement.

To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and at the customer's expense. Artworks returned damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
