Within the FRAGMENTS series, the work J'aurais voulu pleurer unfolds like a fictional message composed of seven shards of matter. These segments, less than 1 cm in height, are linked like the words of a fading confidence.
The trace is almost vain : from the softness of fur to a frayed red ribbon, each element (text, sequins, drawing) attempts to fix an escaping emotion. An archive of the infinitesimal that explores the "force of the few" and the ephemeral nature of our most intimate confessions.
Materials: Paper, fabric, ink, ribbon, sequins, pencil, and acrylic.
Presentation: The work is presented in a white shadow box frame. This deep mounting allows the fragment to stand out from the background, creating a subtle relief and a play of shadows that highlight the fragility of the matter.
